Growing to Glass

Guests are greeted at the cellar door with a tasting glass of our signature Pink Prosecco. From there they are taken on a guided tour of the vineyard and winery.

Starting at our 4-acre vineyard, owner and winemaker Nathan Heuston will walk guests through the history and process of growing grapes in the Hunter Valley. Guests will head into the winery for a walk through of the winemaking process at our on site fully working winery. The tour will conclude with a once in a lifetime opportunity to taste wine directly from a barrel before heading back to the cellar door for a tasting of our signature range of handcrafted Hunter Wine Lab wines.
